Every full groom includes a bath with a shampoo chosen for your dog's coat, hand-drying followed by a low-noise dryer, a full brush-out, a nail trim and ear cleaning.
Yes. Our pricing is by breed, and Tammy knows the coat type, texture and care needs of each one, from Doodles and Shih Tzus to double-coated shepherds. If you're not sure about your breed, call or text 781-944-5445.
Most appointments take 1 to 2 hours, depending on your dog's size, coat type and temperament. We don't rush. Every dog gets the time they need for a calm, positive experience.
A brush out is just detangling and removing loose fur, with no bath and no nails. It's great maintenance for longer coats between full grooms. A full groom includes the bath, drying, a full brush-out, a nail trim and ear cleaning.
Yes. Nail trims and ear cleaning can each be booked on their own for $25. Both are already included in every full groom.
Yes. You can upgrade to Hypoallergenic Shampoo (+$15) for allergy-prone dogs, Colloidal Oatmeal Shampoo (+$15) for dry or itchy skin, or Hydra Ultra Deshed Shampoo & Conditioner (+$20) to loosen the undercoat and reduce shedding. See all add-ons →

Every listed price is a starting rate. Prices may change once our groomer evaluates your dog, because the final price depends on your dog's condition: coat length, matting and temperament. Tammy always tells you the final price before the groom begins.
Heavily matted coats need careful, gentle work. Dematting is billed at $120 per hour in 15-minute increments, and your dog's comfort always comes first. Regular grooms and brush outs are the best way to keep mats away.
Early is best. Our New Puppy Groom is for puppies under 4 months: a brush-out, bath and dry. It's a gentle, positive introduction, so grooming feels normal for the rest of your dog's life. It starts at $50.
Yes. Tammy has been grooming since 1983 and finds great fulfillment in working with dogs who are anxious about grooming. She uses patience and gentle techniques to create a safe space for them. Meet Tammy →
Tammy takes it. Extra time and care for dogs who need it is billed as behavior handling, at $120 per hour in 15-minute increments.
